لورا جين ريس وذرسبون بالإنگليزية: Reese Witherspoon (ولدت في 22 مارس 1976، في نيوأورلينز بولاية لويزيانا) هي ممثلة أمريكية حاصلة على جائزة أوسكار. تعد ويذرسبون في السنوات الأخيرة من ممثلات هوليوود اللواتي يتلقين أضخم المبالغ للتمثيل.
بدأت كعارضة أزياء في السابعة من العمر، كما ظهرت في الكثير من الإعلانات التلفزيونية. وفي عام 1991 قامت بتمثيل أول أدوارها الرئيسية في فيلم ذا مان إذا ذا مون للمخرج روبرت موليغان. ولاحقاً ظهرت في أدوار مهمة في بعض الأفلام، من بينها الدب جاك ومنطقة بعيدة (1993). بعد تخرجها من المدرسة الثانوية، قررت الالتحاق بجامعة ستانفورد لدراسة اللغة الإنجليزية، إلا حتى انشغالها بالتمثيل حال دون ذلك، فقد مثلت في فيلمين معروفين هما الخوف مع مارك والبرغ، والطريق السريع مع كيفر سذرلاند، وذلك في عام 1996. ولعل أبرز أدوارها السينمائية التالية كانت في فيلم بليزانتفيل في عام 1998، وفيلمي انتخاب ونوايا قاسية في العام التالي. قام أيضاً بالتمثيل في الفيلم الكوميدي شقراء قانونيا (2001)، وقد حقق نجاحاً كبيراً مما اكسب الممثلة ويذرسبون شهرة عالمية. ومن أفلامها المعروفة أيضاً فيلم ما أحلى الرجوع إلى ألاباما (2002) الذي حقق أكثر من 100 مليون دولار أمريكي. في عام 2006 حصلت الممثلة على جائزة أوسكار بعد تمثيلها دور "جون كارتر كاش" في فيلم ووك ذا لاين (2005).
