جائزة پوليتزر 2010 تم منحها يوم الاثنين 12 أبريل 2010. في الصحافة لجريدة واشنطن بوست التى حصدت أربعة جوائز، أمانيويورك تايمز فقد فازت بثلاثة وفاز لأول مرة، مصدر على الانترنت ، "ProPublica" فيما كان سابقاً حكراً على المواد المطبوعة .Next to Normal الموسيقية، فازت بجائزة المسرح للمرة الأولى في 14 عاما. تلقى المغني الأمريكي ومحرر الاغاني هانك وليامز، الذي توفي عن عمر يناهز 29 في عام 1953، شهادة تقدير خاصة. وترد أدناه، أسماء الفائزون جميع في مجاله ترد أولاً، ثم يتبعها الأولائل من التصفيات النهائية.
