حصار لنينگراد Siege of Leningrad المعروف أيضا باسم بلكادا لنينگراد (بالروسية: блокада Ленинграда, (بالروسي: блокада Ленинграда، هي عملية عسكرية فاشلة من قبل قوات دول المحور للاستيلاء على مدينة لنينگراد (الآن سانت بطرسبرگ) أثناء الحرب العالمية الثانية. استمر الحصار منتسعة سبتمبر 1941، إلى 18 يناير 1943 عندما استطاع الاتحاد السوڤيتي فتح معبر بري إلى المدينة. تم حمل الحصار تمام في 27 يناير 1944، 872 يوما بعد حتى تم محاصرتها.

مقدمة

وجهت مجموعة الجيوش االشمالية الالمانية في بداية الحرب الوطنية العظمى( 1941 – 1945) ضربة باتجاه مدينة لينينغراد . وانيطت لهذه الجيوش مهمة دحر تشكيلات الجيش الاحمر في منطقة البلطيق والاستيلاء على القواعد البحرية السوفيتية في بحر البلطيق واحتلال مدينة لينينغراد بحلول 21 يوليو/تموز عام 1941. واستولت القوات الالمانية فيتسعة يوليو/تموز على مدينة بسكوف جنوبي لينينغراد، ثم اخترقت دفاعات القوات السوفيتية ووصلت الى نهر بليوسا مندفعة نحومدينة لوغا في ضواحي لينينغراد.

احتلت القوات الالمانية في 21 اغسطس/آب محطة القطار تشودوفووبترت بذلك السكة الحديد "اكتيابرسكايا" التي تربط لينينغراد بموسكو. ثم استولت على مشروح السكك الحديد الكبرى مغا. وبعد ان استولت القوات الالمانية على قلعة شليسينبورغ احكم الحصار على مدينة لينينغراد تماما. ويعتبر يومثمانية سبتمبر/ايلول - وهويوم احتلال شليسينبورع - بداية حصار المدينة الذي استمر 871 يوما.

سقط تحت الحصار مليونان و544 ألف إنسان من اهالي المدينة بمن فيهم 400 ألف طفل و343 الف إنسان من اهالي ضواحي لينينغراد الذين دافعوا عن المدينة. وكانت احتياطيات الاغذية والوقود محسوبة لبضعة اشهر فقط. وصار اهالي لينينغراد يعانون من شح الارزاق بعد تعرض مستونادىت الاغذية الرئيسية يومثمانية سبتمبر/ ايلول للقصف الجوي الالماني الذي ادى الى نشوب الحريق فيها وفقدان ما حفظ بها من الاحتياطات. واتخذت سلطات المدينة قرارا بتوزيع الارزاق على اساس منح السكان القسائم الغذائية. وخصص جميع يوم للعمال والمهندسين 400 غرام من الخبز. اما بقية السكان فكانوا يحصلون على 200 غرام من الخبز فقط. وانتهت احتياطيات الوقود مما ادى الى وقف وسائل النقل العام. واستنفدت موارد الاغذية بسرعة الامر الذي اضطر السلطات الى تقليص معدل توزبع الخبز في يناير/كانون الثاني عام 1942 حتى 200 غرام للعمال و125 غرام لبقية السكان . ومات في المدينة من الجوع بحلول فبراير/شباط عام 1942 ما يزيد عن 200 ألف شخص. لكن لينينغراد ما زالت على قيد الحياة واستمرت في المقاومة.

وكانت مصانع المدينة تصنع الاسلحة والمعدات الحربية. واستمرت اذاعة لينينغراد في بث برامجها التي شارك فيها الكتاب والشعراء والفنانون المعروفون داعين اهالي المدينة الى الصمود. وفي 2 يوليو/تموز عام 1942 اوصلت الى لينينغراد مخطوطة السيمفونية السابعة التي خطها دميتري شوستاكوفيتش المؤلف الموسيقي المشهورعالميا. وتم عزفها الى اهالي لينينغراد يومتسعة اغسطس/آب عام 1942 عبر اذاعة المدينة. كانت لينينغراد محاصرة بالقوات الالمانية من اليابسة . لكن بحيرة لادوغا كانت وما زالت طريقا مائيا وحيدا يربط المدينة بالبلاد. واطلق عليه "طريق الحياة" الذي مرت به امدادات من الاغذية والوقود رغم القصف الالماني المستمر. وكانت البحيرة تتجمد في وقت الشتاء مما جاز بإجلاء الاطفال والنساء والسقمى والجرحى من المدينة . وكان شتاء عامي 1941 و1942 اصعب فترة في تاريخ الحصار حين كفت عن العمل المجاري ومواسير المياه والنقل العام. وحتى جثث الموتى لم يكن بالمقدور دفنها في بعض الاحيان.

في 25 مارس/آذار عام 1942 اتخذ قرار بتطهير المدينة من اكوام الجليد والثلج والاوحال والقاذورات والجثث. وبحلول 15 ابريل استعادت المدينة شكلها الحضاري. وصارت عربات الترام الكهربائية تسير فيها. اما في شتاء عامي 1942 – 1943 فتحسنت اوضاع المدينة بشكل ملحوظ حيث تم تشغيل النقل العام والمجاري والحمامات والمرافق الصحية. كما تم افتتاح المدارس ودور السينما. ويعود الفضل الكبير في ذلك الى أليكسي كوسيغين ( شغل منصب رئيس الحكومة السوفيتية فيما بعد) الذي كان يشرف في واقع الامر على عملية انعاش المدينة من ناحية ادارية.كما يجب الا يغيب عن البال الدور الذي لعبه قسطنطين جوكوف في تنظيم الدفاع عن لينينغراد في اخطر مراحله في عام 1941.


بدأ فك حصار لينينغراد في 12 نوفمبر 1943 حين انتقلت جميع من جبهتي لينينغراد وفولخوف الى الهجوم جنوبي بحيرة لادوغا، وذلك بالتعاون مع أسطول البلطيق البحري. في 18 يناير/كانون الثاني عام 1943 حررت وحدات فرقة المشاة 86 بالتعاون مع لواء المشاة 34 مدينة شليسيلبورغ والشاطئ الجنوبي لبحيرة لادوغا. وقام العمال الانشائيون باقامة معبر على نهر نيفا وبناء طريقين للسيارات والقطارات في ممر شقته القوات.

في نهاية عام 1943 تغيرت الاوضاع في الجبهة السوفيتية الالمانية بشكل جذري. وبدأت جبهتا لينينغراد وفولخوف في التحضيرات لتحرير لينينغراد تحريرا نهائيا. وقد تم ذلك في 14 يناير/كانون الثاني عام 1944 حين اخترقت القوات السوفيتية دفاعات الجيش الالماني الثامن عشر ودحرت قواته الرئيسية وتقدمت الى عمق 60 كيلومترا، فبدأ الالمان في الانسحاب السريع. وتم الفك النهائي لحصار لينينغراد بتحرير مدن بوشكين وغاتشينا وتشودوفو.

وسقط آخر قصف ألماني لمدينة لينينغراد في 14 مايو/آيار عام 1944. واودى الحصار الالماني النازي للمدينة بحياة 649 الف إنسان من السكان المدنيين الذين ماتوغالبيتهم من الجوع و332 الف مدافع عن لينينغراد من الجنود والضباط السوفيت.

  • April: Hitler intends to occupy and then destroy Leningrad, according to plan Barbarossa and Generalplan Ost

  • January: Soviets launch battle for the Nevsky Pyatachok bridgehead in an attempt to break the siege. This battle lasts until May 1943, but is only partially successful. Very heavy casualties are experienced by both sides.

  • 27 January: Siege of Leningrad ends. Germans forces pushed 60–100 km away from the city.
  • January: Before retreating the German armies loot and destroy the historical Palaces of the Tsars, such as the Catherine Palace, Peterhof Palace, the Gatchina, and the Strelna. Many other historic landmarks and homes in the suburbs of St. Petersburg are looted and then destroyed, and a large number of valuable art collections are moved to Nazi Germany.
  • During the siege, 3200 residential buildings, 9000 wooden houses (burned), 840 factories and plants were destroyed in Leningrad and suburbs.
