الأميرة أشرف پهلوي (فارسية: اشرف پهلوی Aŝraf Pahlawi؛ 26 أكتوبر 1919 –سبعة يناير 2016)، هي الشقيقة التوأم لمحمد رضا پهلوي، شاه إيران (فارس) وأحد أفراد أسرة پهلوي. كانت تعتبر "السلطة وراء شقيقها" وكان لها دوراً فعالاً في انقلاب 1953 والذي أدى إلى استيلائه على العرش. خدمت شقيقها مستشارة للقصر ومدافعة قوية عن حقوق المرأة. في أعقاب الثورة الإيرانية عام 1979، عاشت في المنفى بفرنسا، نيويورك، باريس ومونت كارلووظلت تتحدث بشكل صريح عن سياسة بلادها.
بعد ثورة 1979، طلبت أشرف من ديڤد روكفلر لدعم محاولات محمد رضا للعثور على ملجأ.

أولى زيجات أشرف پهلوي كانت على مرزا علي محمد خان قوام، نصير الدولة (ولد 1911). They were married in March 1937 and divorced in 1942. Ghavam was the Assistant Military Attaché in 1941 Washington DC and the eldest ابن صاحب الحملة مرزا ابراهيم خان قوام، قوام الملك. ولها بن من زقابلا الأول:
- سموالأمير (Vala Gohar) Shahram Pahlavi-Nia (ولد 18 أبريل 1940، طهران)
ثاني زيجاتها كانت لـ(صاحب العزة) أحمد شفيق بك (وُلِد في 21 سبتمبر 1911؛ الذي تزوج لاحقاً للمرة الثانية من دلوريس پيانـِتسولا. وقد توفي بالسرطان في 1976، في طهران). وقد تزوجا في 1944 في القاهرة وتطلقا في 1959. وكان المدير العام لهيئة الطيران المدني المصرية. وكان رابع أبناء (حضرة صاحب السعادة) أحمد شفيق باشا، وزير البلاط الخديوي في مصر. وقد أنجبا ابنا وابنة:
- سموالكابتن الأمير (ولاء گوهر) شهريار مصطفى شفيق (15 مارس 1945 -سبعة ديسمبر 1979) - أُغتيل في باريس فيسبعة ديسمبر 1979.
- سموالأميرة (Vala Gohari) آزاده پهلوي-شفيق (1951 - 2011)
وفاتها
توفت الأميرة أشرف پهلوي فيسبعة يناير 2016 في مونت كارلو. أعربت وفاتها بواسطة كبير العائلة الملكية رضا پهلوي الثاني على صفحته على فيسبوك. عند وفاتها كانت أكبر أفراد العائلة على قيد الحياة.
