مستقبلات القنب النوع 1, هوفي الغالب يعد إختصارا سى بى 1 CB1, وهوالبروتين ج مستقبلات القنب وهويتمركز في المخ .ويتم تنشيطه من قبل أدوية مؤثرة نفسيا (عقار)الحشيش, من جانب مركب نشط التتراهيدروكانابينول وعلى يد مجموعة من قبل موصلات عصبية لمشابهات القنب الداخلية تضم anandamide آنانداميد.

إن لفظ سى بى11 مستقبل يشفر بالمورث أوCNR1. نسختين من الشفرات ترميزالأشكال المتنوعةقد وصفت لهذا الجين. CNR1 orthologs وقد تم التعهد على معظم الثدييات.
المخ
إن مستقبل سى بى11 ويعتقد حتى أكثرها على نطاق واسع يعبر عنها جينيا بروتين ج البروتين يقترن بمستقبلات في الدماغ. هذا هومفتاح القنب الداخلى -المتوسط الاستقطاب الناجم عن قمع تثبيط, شكل رائج جدا في المدى القصير المرونة المتشابكة الذي فيه الاستقطاب من خلية عصبيه واحدة تدفع انخفاض في جابا-تواصل عصبى توسطى. القنب الداخلى المطلق سراحة من الإستقطاب الذى تمت إزالته لربط الخلايا العصبية وتسبب انخفاضا في جابا سى بى1 مستقبلات في الخلايا العصبية في فترة ما قبل التشابك . لكن اختلاف مستوياتسى بى1 يمكن حتى يتم الكشف عن التعبير في البصيلات الشمية ،فى مناطق القشرة الدماغية (اللحاء الجديد, اللحاء pyriform ، الحصين ، واللوزة) ، عدة أجزاء من العقد القاعدية ، thalamic والهيبوثالامى النوى وغيرها من المناطق تحت القشرية ( مثل ل منطقة الحاجز), القشرة الدماغية, ونويات جذع المخ (مثل periaqueductal gray).

سى بى1 يعبر عن أنواع متعددة من الخلايا الغدة النخامية , في الغدة الدرقية, وعلى الأرجح في الغدة الكظرية . سى بى1 و أيضا يعبر عنها في عدة خلايا المتصلة بالأيض , مثل الخلايا الدهنية ، الخلايا العضلية ، خلايا الكبد (وكما في خلايا بطانية ،خلاياKupffer و الخلايا النجميةالخاصة بالكبد), وفي القناة الهضمية . ويعبر عنها أيضا في الرئتين و الكلى.
