'المنظمة الدولية للفرنكفونية، هي منظمة دولية للسياسات والحكومات التي تعتبر الفرنسية هي اللغة الأولى والأم، حيث يوجد في تلك البلاد أعداد كبيرة من السكان تتحدث الفرنسية (ناطقين بالفرنسية) أوحيث يوجد بها انتماء ملحوظ للغة الفرنسية أوالثقافة الفرنسية.
