جمهورية هجرستان الشرقية الثانية، تعهد اختصاراً بجمهورية هجرستان الشرقية (ETR)، هي جمهورية شعبية أشتراكية توركية بدعم سوڤيتي كانت قائمة لفترة قصيرة في الأربعينيات (12 نوفمبر 1944-27 يونيو1946)، في شين‌جيانگ. بدأت كثورة في المديريات الشمالية الثلاثة ((إلي، ترباغتاي، ألطاي) التابعين لمقاطعة شين‌جيانگ الصينية، والتي تجلت في تمرد إلي. كانت بقيمة شين‌جيانگ تحت سيطرة الكومن‌تانگ. هذه المنطقة الآن هي منطقة شين‌جيانگ الذاتية الحكم الاويغورية التابعة لجمهورية الصين الشعبية. كانت جمهورية هجرستان الشرقية الفترة الاولى من ثورة المديريات الثلاث (1944-1949).
