2009
في 25 أكتوبر 2009 سقطت تفجيرات في بغداد تسببت في مقتل 155 شخصا وجرح 721، وفيثمانية ديسمبر 2009 سقطت تفجيرات في العاصمة العراقية تسببت في مقتل 127 شخصا على الأقل وجرح 448. وكلا الهجومين ادعى التنظيم أنه من قام بهما.
2010
أعربت دولة العراق الإسلامية أنها المسؤولة عن سلسلة تفجيرات سقطت في 25 يوليو2010 ضربت العاصمة العراقية وتسببت في مقتل 41 شخصا. وأيضا تفجيرات في أربعة أبريل تسببت في مقتل 42 وجرح 224 آخرين. وفي 17 يونيو2010 أعربت المجموعة مسؤوليته عن الهجوم عن البنك المركزي العراقي والذي تسبب في مقتل 18 وجرح 55.
الهجوم على كنيسة ببغداد وقتل 58 إنسان في الحادثة المعروفة بمجزرة سيدة النجاة.
١٤ كانون الأول (ديسمبر) ٢٠١٠:انتحاري ستوكهولم وعد دولة العراق الإسلامية بتطبيق الهجوم.
2011
27 أكتوبر 2011 : اعتنطق 12مطلوبا بينهم مفتي (دولة العراق الاسلامية) شمالي واسط .
29 أكتوبر 2011 : مقتل أمير دولة العراق الاسلامية في شمال العراق وممثل أبوبكر البغدادي باشتباك مسلح غرب الموصل .

البيان، الذي يعتبر أول رد عمل من جماعة لها صلة بتنظيم القاعدة على المظاهرات الجارية في مصر كجزء من ثورات الربيع العربي، نادى المتظاهرين للجهاد في مصر، وأن باب الشهادة مفتوح، وأن الجهاد هي فرض على جميع رجل.

Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan or PJAK. A militant separatist organization whose goal is overthrowing the Islamic government of Iran. Currently taking refuge in the Qandil mountains.
