گريس هالسل
گريس هالسل Grace Halsell (7 مايو1923 – 16 أغسطس 2000) كانت صحفية ومحررة أمريكية.
النشأة والتعليم
ابنة المحرر هاري هالسل، وقد درست في تكساس تك من 1939 إلى 1942، وفي جامعة كلومبيا من 1943 إلى 1944، وفي جامعة تكساس المسيحية من 1945 إلى 1951، وفي السوربون (پاريس) من 1957 حتى 1958.

Halsell worked for several newspapers between 1942 and 1965, including the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, and the Washington bureau of the Houston Post. وقد غطت كلاً من الحرب الكورية وحرب ڤيتنام كمراسلة، وكانت محررة خطب في البيت الأبيض للرئيس ليندون جونسون من 1965 وحتى 1968. وقد خطت عشر خط، منهم خطان حظيا بمديح النقاد: "شقيقات الروح" و"رحلة إلى القدس".

In 2000, she died in Washington, D.C., of complications from treatment for multiple myeloma.[] She bequeathed her papers to the Mary Couts Burnett Library at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Some of her work is housed at جامعة بوسطن's Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center.
