حقوق الأقليات
حقوق الأقلية Minority rights، هي حقوق فردية طبيعية كتلك التي تطلق على حقوق الأقليات العرقية، الطبقية، الدينية، اللغوية أوالجنسية؛ وكذلك الحقوق الجمعية الممنوحة للأقليات. قد تُطلق حقوق الأقليات أيضاً على الحقوق الفردية لأي إنسان لا يشكل جزءاً من قرار الأغلبية.
عادة ما تسعى حركات الحقوق المدنية للتأكيد على حتى الحقوق الفردية لا يمكن إنكارها بناء على العضوية في جماعة أقلية، مثل حقوق المرأة وحركات حقوق المثليين العالمية، أوحركات حقوق الأقليات العرقية المتنوعة حول العالم (مثل حركة الحقوق المدنية الأفريقية-الأمريكية (1955–1968)).
