رابطة الشمال Lega Nord (بالإنگليزية Northern League)، الاسم كاملاً رابطة الشمال من أجل استقلال پادانيا، هي حزب سياسي جهوي في إيطاليا. في ديسمبر 2017 غير الحزب اسمه ليصبح "الرابطة" (League)، بدون حتى يغير اسمه الأصلي في وثيقة نظامه الأساسي. في إيطاليا عادة ما يشار إليه باسم Carroccio.
تأسس الحزب عام 1991 كاتحاد لأحزاب اقليمية مختلفة في شمال ووسط إيطاليا، ومن أشهرها رابطة البندقية، رابطة لومباردا، پيمونت الذاتية، اتحاد ليگوريا، رابطة إيمليانو-روماگنولا وتحالف توسكانيا.
مؤسس الحزب وزعيمه السابق هوأمبرتوبوسي، السكرتير الفدرالي من 1991 حتى 2012. بعد الأزمة والنضال الداخلي، أصبح الحزب تحت قيادة روبرتوماروني لفترة وجيزة. بعد ذلك، في 2013 هزم ماتيوسالڤيني بوسي في انتخابات زعامة الحزب وأصبح سكرتيراً. نواب سكرتير الحزب هم جيان كارلوجيورگيتي ولورنزوفونتانا. ومن القادة البارزين في الحزب أتيلوفونتانا (رئيس رومباردي)، لوكا زيا (رئيس ڤنتو)، ماسيميليانوفدريگا (رئيس فريولي-ڤنزيا گيوليا)، روبرتوكالدرولي، جيان ماركوسنتلينايووماسيموبيتونسي.

الانتخابات العامة 2018
في مايو2018، عُقد اتفاق بين حركة الخمس نجوم وعصبة الشمال في إيطاليا على تشكيل حكومة. تسرب ورقة عن نية الائتلاف مطالبة الدائنين بالتنازل عن ديون قدرها 250 مليار دولار، مما أثار الهلع في الأسواق المالية في أراتى العالم. فأصدر الحزبان تكذيبا بأن الورقة قديمة، بالرغم من أنها كانت مؤرخة بتاريخ 15 مايو2018. سيلڤيوبرلسكوني يبدي رغبته في رئاسة الوزراء، بصفته زعيم عصبة الشمال.
