جون هاننگ سپيك John Hanning Speke (4 مايو1827 - 15 سبتمبر 1864) كان ضابطاً في الجيش الهندي البريطاني، وقام بثلاث رحلات استكشافية إلى أفريقيا وهوأكثر المستكشفين ارتباطاً بالبحث عن منبع النيل.
